Meet Bob & Karel: Bob is a relaxed seal, Karel a cheeky seagull with a big mouth and even bigger surfing dreams. Together they are the uncrowned mascots of Surf Club Callantsoog.

En deze eco-hoodie? Dat is hun bewuste favoriet. Waarom? Omdat hij net als zij gemaakt is voor stranddagen, zoute lucht en een beetje liefde voor een betere planeet. De hoodie heeft hetzelfde ontwerp met Bob & Karel, maar is gemaakt van 100% biologisch katoen. Comfortabel, stevig en lekker warm voor frisse ochtenden, kille avonden of gewoon na een sessie aan zee.

Advice on choosing the right size

Deze eco-hoodie heeft een regular fit. Omdat maten per materiaalsoort en model kunnen verschillen, adviseren we om de maattabel op deze productpagina goed te controleren voordat je bestelt.

Vergelijk de maten bij voorkeur met een hoodie die je al hebt en die lekker zit. Twijfel je tussen twee maten? Kies dan meestal de grotere maat, zeker als je de hoodie wat ruimer wilt dragen of er nog een shirt onder aan wilt kunnen.

To ensure you order the correct size and experience optimum wearing comfort, follow the steps below:

• Neem een hoodie die je goed past en lekker zit.

• Lay the garment flat on a flat surface, without any wrinkles.

• Measure the width at chest height, just below the armpits.

• Meet de lengte vanaf de bovenkant van de hals, waar de schoudernaad begint, tot aan de onderkant van de hoodie.

• Meet de mouwlengte door het uiteinde van het meetlint in het midden van de achterkant van de kraag te plaatsen. Trek het lint langs de bovennaad van de mouw. Zodra je bij de schouder bent, houd je het lint daar vast en meet je verder langs de mouw tot aan de zoom.

Noteer deze maten en vergelijk ze met de maattabel op de productpagina. Kies de maat die het dichtst in de buurt komt.

Fit difference between women's and unisex t-shirts

Our women's models are specially designed with a feminine fit: they are shorter in length, narrower in width and fit tighter around the waist than the unisex versions. This creates a more beautiful silhouette that fits the female body better.

What are the biggest differences?

  • Length:
    Women's T-shirts are on average 5 to 10 cm shorter than unisex shirts. This gives a more fitted look and prevents the shirt from looking too long or falling over the hips.

  • Width:
    Women's models are cut slimmer, especially in sizes S to L. For example, a unisex size M is wider than a women's size L. This means that unisex shirts fit more loosely around the body.

  • Sleeves:
    Women's models have shorter sleeves, which gives a more airy and feminine look. Unisex shirts have longer sleeves and are looser around the upper arm.

  • Shoulder and fit:
    Women's T-shirts often feature set-in sleeves and a fitted cut, while unisex styles have a straight, boxy fit that suits both men and women.

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and added during checkout. These costs include fulfillment costs (such as processing and packaging your order). Please note that shipping costs may increase as you order more products, as each additional item affects the weight, volume, and processing of the shipment. You will always see the total shipping amount before you complete your order.
Can I return my order if it doesn't fit or I don't like it?

Because we work with print-on-demand, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Each product is printed specifically to order and is therefore not resellable. In addition, we want to prevent unnecessary environmental impact from returns.

Are you unsure about the size? Feel free to contact us for advice - we are happy to help you. If the item does not fit, consider giving it as a gift to someone else. That way, the garment will still get a nice destination.

What if I still have a problem with my order, even though returns are not possible?

We understand that sometimes things can go wrong or that you have doubts. Even though we cannot accept returns due to our print-on-demand method, we do want you to be satisfied.

What payment methods are available and which is preferred?
Je kunt bij ons veilig betalen via iDEAL, Bankcontact, Creditcard of PayPal. We raden aan om iDEAL te gebruiken (Bankcontact voor onze Belgische klanten), omdat dit voor jou als klant kosteloos is. Bij betaling via Creditcard of PayPal zijn wij helaas genoodzaakt extra kosten in rekening te brengen op de betaalpagina vanwege de hogere transactiekosten die wij aan deze betaal providers moeten afdragen. Deze toeslag wordt automatisch berekend tijdens het afrekenen is verschilt per betaalmethode en valuta soort.

Does Surfclub Callantsoog have a physical stock of products?
No, Surfclub Callantsoog does not keep physical stock. All our products are printed to order via a print-on-demand supplier. This means that each item is made especially for you when you place an order. This allows us to minimize waste and ensure a more sustainable supply.
Why does Surfclub Callantsoog work with print-on-demand?

We consciously choose print-on-demand as a sustainable and responsible way of producing. Instead of buying clothing in large quantities and keeping it in stock, each item is only printed when you order it. This may be a bit more expensive than mass production, but it has clear advantages:

  • No overproduction that remains unsold.

  • No waste of boxes or supplies.

  • Less transport, so better for the environment.

  • You will receive a unique product, made especially for you.
