1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the webshop of Surfclub Callantsoog, located in Callantsoog, the Netherlands. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products and production

All products in our webshop are produced on request. Surfclub Callantsoog does not keep stock. This means that the delivery time may be slightly longer than with regular webshops. Each product is made especially for you.

3. Order and payment

Orders will only be processed after receipt of payment. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop. All prices include VAT.

4. Delivery

The estimated delivery time is stated at checkout. Please note that this is an indication and not a guaranteed delivery date. Surfclub Callantsoog is not responsible for delays at the delivery service.

5. Returns and complaints

Because products are made to order, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt via info@surfclubcallantsoog.nlWe are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.

6. Liability

Surfclub Callantsoog is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the delivered product. Any damage claims are limited to the amount of the purchase.

8. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
