At Surfclub Callantsoog all products are made to order and especially for youThis means that we do not keep standard stock and your product is only produced after you have placed an order. That is why returns are in principle not possible, as permitted under Article 6:230p of the Civil Code.

No right of withdrawal for custom work

According to the applicable law, as a consumer you are normally entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However, there is an exception for:

Products that are custom made or clearly personal in nature.

Our products fall under this exception because they are made to order and specifically for you. That is why it is right of withdrawal not applicable.

What if there is something wrong with your order?

Despite our care, it can of course happen that something is wrong with your order, such as:

  • Damage during transport
  • Production errors
  • Incorrectly delivered product

In such cases we want to resolve this properly. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product via info@surfclubcallantsoog.nl with a clear description of the problem and, if possible, photos. We will then assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution, such as replacement or (partial) refund.
